Application and Payment

- The completed registration form should be sent to KNT Event & Convention by either E-mail or fax. (No later than August 31, 2012.)
- Payment for the accommodation fee should be in the form of Credit Card.
Following credit cards are acceptable. VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, DINERS or JCB cards are available. Please indicate your card number and expiration date on the Application Form.
- KNT Event & Convention will send you a confirmation slip.
- The balance should be paid at the hotel.

In case of the cancellation, written notification should be sent directly to KNT Event & Convention.
