　2005年日本塑性加工学会精密鍛造国際学術賞の受賞者（2名）が発表されましたので，お知らせいたします．

  • Prof. Niels Bay, Technical University of Denmark
    Development of Theory and Test Methods for Friction, Lubrication and Wear in Metal Forming
    ニールス・バイ 教授，デンマーク工科大学
    塑性加工における摩擦，潤滑，摩耗の理論および試験法の開発

  • Prof. Kozo Osakada, Osaka University
    Developments and Applications of Finite Element Methods for Precision Forging
    小坂田 宏造 教授，大阪大学
    有限要素法の開発と精密鍛造への適用

    　授賞式は 8th International Conference on Technology of Plasticty (ICTP) (於：イタリア，ヴェローナ）（2005年10月9〜13日）で催される予定です．また，受賞者による特別講演も予定されています．
    　さらに，受賞者と審査員を講師に迎えて第４回国際精密鍛造セミナー（4th International Seminar on Precision Forging）が2006年3月（於：奈良）に開催される予定です．
